Corporate Stakeholder & Communications
The Corporate Stakeholder & Communications (CSC) division responsible for creating a conducive Small Micro Medium Enterprise environment through facilitating changes in regulations and standards, domestic and international linkages, identifying new business opportunities, facilitating market access and promoting general entrepreneurship culture and SMME awareness. CSC has two departments, Market Access and Business Development and Communications. The two units achieve the following objectives:
Market Access
- To identify potential and realmarkets for entrepreneurs
- To facilitate the creation of linkages amongst SMMEs and between SMMEs and large businesses
- To assess the enterprise's market preparedness levels
Business Development and Communications
- To ensure that LEA packages itself in the image that best influences the stakeholders' perceptions
- To tailor make and package information for the consumption of various stakeholders
- To disseminate information to all stakeholders
- To develop products for entrepreneurial culture inculcation
- To develop products for enterprise development in line with the niche strategy
- To effectively manage stakeholder relationships
