Training and Mentoring - Startup

Training and mentoring of start ups and existing companies occurs after enrolment. That is after the client has been screened, health checks done and a 5 months action plan drawn. The health checks will diagonise the need for LEA interventions as per the specific business. Training or mentoring is done through qualified and LEA accredited trainers and mentors, who are correctly matched with the interventions. These interventions run for three years thereafter the clients run on their own.
