Business Plan Finalisation - Existing

1. Business plans (click here to download a template)would be prepared for existing businesses within the 5 months plan.
   
   
2. The business plan shall be completed by the client with the assistance of the advisor.
   
   
3. On completion, the business plan is forwarded to the branch Manager for review and approval.
   
   
4. The Branch Manager organizes a meeting where the client presents the business plan to the panel (Branch Manager, Advisor, Entrepreneurship Development Unit, sector Representative)
   
   
5. If the panel is not satisfied with the presentation, further coaching is required.
   
   
6. If the panel is satisfied with the presentation the business plan is forwarded to the interested party / financier by the promoter with the attached letter of introduction from the LEA Branch.
