The Contact Centre allows for customers to access SMME information through the use of the nationwide Toll Free Number (0800 155 155) or email botsalea@lea.co.bw. The Contact Centre is operated by a team of Business Services and Marketing Advisors and it is managed by a Team Leader.
The objectives of the Contact Centre are:
- To respond to all enquiries and queries made through the toll free line or the "botsalea" email in the most customer friendly and professional manner
- To provide prompt, correct and relevant? information to SMME's on LEA products and services
- To provide professional business advice to SMME's to enable their growth and development
- To help LEA make informed decisions through provision of feedback on experiences, challenges and achievements of SMME's
