LEA Clients Scoop Awards at the 19th National Women's Expo

The Local Enterprise Authority clients scooped awards at the ongoing 19th National Women's Expo, held under the theme "Entrepreneurs Development: Key to Transforming Women's Lives". Okemp 5, a client incubated at the Leather Incubator in Gaborone, who manufatures leather products and accessories, was awarded a special prize by the Minister of Nationality, Immigration and Gender Affairs, Hon. Dorcas Makgato. The same prize was also awarded to Naga Earth, a client based in Gaborone and manufacturing Beauty Products. They have both walked away with prize money of P10, 000.00, which was a special award from the Minister to encourage entrepreneurs to continue working hard in realizing their dreams. Lucas Laundry Service, a client based in Tsabong, won a prize under the Level 1 (entry level) Service Providers category.
